The plan was for her to die at home, but her daughter couldnt handle having her in her home after 2 weeks of hospice care. The daughter was complaining that her mother was in an extreme amount of pain, and her family could not cope. Ms. Knox is frail, weak, and apprehensive about her care. Her lung sounds are diminished in her lower lobes bilaterally, and she has crackles in her upper lobes. She is on 4L O2 nasal canula. She has a pic-line in her right arm. Vital signs BP: 98/52, P: 92, R: 30, SpO2: 91, T:100.2F, 37.8 C
