Self Reflection (15%)

SELF LENS; Reflection

Self-reflection presents some of the most powerful opportunities in our classrooms and workplaces. Its potency is in how it exercises multiple skills. We're talking about the skills that make you successful, such as critical thinking, personal responsibility, useful failure, adaptability, and more. Self-reflection questions are shared in the "Debrief" stage and it is a crucial stage in the learning process.

When we debrief a project we reflect on everything including the process, the choices and discoveries we made, and what didn't go quite as expected. It's when we piece them all together into a learning experienceeven one or more "Aha!" momentsthat reflective learning becomes real.

Reflect your views/thoughts using self-lens (no word limit):

  1. Now that it's over, what are your thoughts about this program & course? Are they mostly positive or negative? If positive/negative, what comes to mind specifically?
  2. What were some of the most Interesting parts and Challenging moments of this course?
  3. What moments was I most proud of my efforts?
  4. What did I learn were my greatest strengths? My biggest areas for improvement?
  5. How confident are you with course learning outcomes/course objectives?
