The company has over 12 million subscribers some of whom have acquired 2 or more phone chips. So the company has approximately 25 million subscriber line. The company has been experiencing a number of technical challenges as a result of over capacity on its network. So, towards the end of 2021 the company decided to undertake a massive expansion and upgrading of its network to accommodate the millions of subscriber lines on its network. The company has also taken note of the numerous complaints over the operations of its Help Desk. Some of the complaints include not able to access the Help Desk after 12 midnight. The company itself could not monitor the calls made by its customers to the Help Desk. So as part of its expansion and upgrade programs, the company has also decided to improve the operations of the Help Desk by making it more effective.
