Harold and Millie were married in 1997. In 1998 they had twin sons, Bruce and Barney. In 2006 they purchased the property located at 123 Main Street, Dedham, Massachusetts. They took title to the property as tenants by the entirety. In 2014, Harold and Millie were divorced. In 2012, Harold conveyed all his right, title and interest in the property to his brother Earl. In 2011, Earl died in a violent auto accident. Earl was survived by his wife, Edna. In 2020, Millie conveyed all her right, title and interest in the property to her sons (no tenancy was indicated, and they had both reached the age of majority) provided "that they both graduate law school." Millie has no other heirs than her sons. Bruce graduated from law school in 2021. Barney is currently traveling around Europe trying to "find himself." Barney never finished undergraduate school.
