Harry woke up late and rushed to work to attend an important meeting. He drove his car at high speed. He saw the traffic light was turning yellow, but decided not to stop. Aron was walking at the pedestrian path. He had to cross the road to reach the bus station. He walked pass the zebra crossing at the junction when the traffic light was green. As the light was turning yellow, Aron began to cross the road outside the zebra crossing. Harry drove pass the traffic light disregarding the red light. He saw Aron crossing the road but he could not control the speed. Aron saw Harry's car and started running to avoid any accident. He was knocked down and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. He has now recovered. He wants to sue Harry for negligence. Advise Aron
