So, the manager of HT called Igor, a customer who had made a rental contract with HT last month, and told Igor they could no longer provide a tuxedo for the night Igor had booked it.Igor had paid a $50 deposit, and HT said they would be refunding this deposit. HT did a e-transfer and refunded the $50 deposit to Igor right that instant.

Igor then told the HT manager for the first time that the tuxedo was not needed for a wedding, but was actually needed for a James Bond movie that was being filmed, and that Igor was an actor.Igor told HT that if they could not rent him the tuxedo, filming of the movie would be delayed by a day, which would end up costing $100,000.
