Harvard University student Mark Zuckerberg created a website that eventually turned into Facebook. In the beginning phases, he approached his friend, Eduardo, his vision for the website as an online social networking website for Harvard university students. Eduardo, agreed to give Mark $1000 to help begin the website. Mark asked Eduardo to give the link of the website to his connections, especially the members of the fraternity was trying to get into, to publicize it. Eduardo's role was the "CFO" and the "business end" of the company. Napster co-founder, Sean Parker, became interested in the website. However, Eduardo was wary of Sean because of his "wild" past, drug use and paranoid thinking. He didn't believe Sean should play any role in the company. Despite developing a famous app (Napster), Sean had no money. In contrast to Eduardo, Mark was impressed by Sean's ideas and connections. Sean suggested that the developers move to California for the summer and continue to build the website there. Eduardo disapproved of this, and suspected that Sean was behind this suggestion, although this wasn't explicitly discussed. Eduardo had recently caused a problem when he was accused of animal cruelty (as part of his fraternity initiation, he took care of a chicken, and was accused cruelty and cannibalism for feeding chicken meat to this chicken). Mark used this embarrassment to pressure Eduardo about moving to California for the summer. Meanwhile, Eduardo remained in New York to find advertising support for the website.
