Harvest City Case Assignment (TEAM, no extra credit) The Harvest City case is a complex project with a lot of stakeholders. Your assignment is very simple. Imagine that you have been brought in as a Project Management consultant (many accounting firms provide this kind of service). Please provide two kinds of suggestions. Each suggestion is worth up to 3 points: What could they have done differently earlier in the project to improve the current situation? What should they do now, given that that a lawsuit has been filed, to salvage the best outcome(s) going forward. SUGGESTED PROCESS. Each team member should read the case and think about the answers.
