Were the phone interviews conducted toward the beginning, middle, or end of the program sessions? In your summary, you mentioned that some participants felt the program should be longer, but I didn't want to assume that meant that the data was gathered at the end of the program. How were the participants selected? Was it random? Did participants volunteer? The individuals who participated remotely, did the study indicate if they had a significantly different experience than those who participated in person?
