Hattangadi (2018), says "storming happens because each member's natural working style is different; people may work in different ways for all sorts of reasons, but differing working styles cause unforeseen problems and only cause frustration." I don't necessarily agree that different working styles can "only cause frustration" because sometimes different styles of tackling work can compliment each other.

This begs the question for you all: what is your "working style"? How might this differ from others' "working style"?
