Have they developed standards for their work? Do they compare the actual performance to the standard?  What happens when the performance is less than expected, for example, they dont get as high a grade? Write a report for your instructor, comparing the top students to the others. Make sure you dont mention the students names in your report, but you keep it anonymous. Your instructor may lead a class discussion on the findings. Again, do not mention anyones names. If you want to talk about your own experiences as a student, that would be fine.
