Have to write back to this student in 60 words At my current place of employment we have leaders in each area to help run the areas. Before a tech comes to management they will need to communicate with the leads in the areas. Only time employees come to management is if there's a major issue that's out of control for the leads. I fond this to be helpful because management have other things to worry about instead of focusing on minor issues that can be handled by a leader in the areas. I believe this is a good structure because it's giving the leaders in the areas a opportunity to use their critical thinking skills to communicate with staff and customer. It also teach them how to solve issues on their own. Their responsibility as a leader in the area will prepare them for a management role which will be great if they want to advance in the company
