A good solid definition of the problem will be a great place to begin. By meeting with individuals who may have a better idea of what the solution to the problem may entail you may see things you didn't think of before.

This submission will require you to document your steps through the problem definition and analysis. To do this, review the notes on Problem Definition and Analysis.

For this first submission you will prepare:

1. A problem definition statement based on your assessment of the problem.
2. Complete each of the following techniques used for problem analysis:
   1. IPO Chart
   2. Data Flow Diagram
   3. Pseudo code.
