The family in question consists of the following: Wanda is a 43 year old successful architect. Her husband Dave was fired recently from his job for drunkenness. He was also found guilty of a criminal charge (impaired driving) (you read this in the newspaper last week). Their 11 year old son Jordan lives in the home with them;he is a bright, independent kid. Also, Dave's 97 year old father Bob lives in the home with them;he is a retired policeman.

You are meeting with the family in one hour to discuss the contract for service. What issuesand elements of a contract will you specifically discuss with them?Are there matters you consider particularly relevant to consider concerning who should be a party to the contract, for example?Why or why not?Are there any other issues related to the contract you should think carefully about prior to concluding your contract?
