Having a little trouble with Microsoft Access. In Access I need to create a query using SQL and use the SQL INSERT statement to normalize this table. Below is the SQL I am using and the table, but it keeps giving me errors and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

FROM EQUIPMENT_REPAIR;

INSERT INTO REPAIR
