Having completed the Training Needs Assessment and identified a Training Intervention (as identified discussed and approved in Part 1); each group will be required to submit a Training Programme Proposal that they have created for the Hotel to address the "need" identified, to improve on the area of "need" as identified.(The training need is communication)

Describe the profile of the trainees/learners and discuss how the training programme will be responsive to their learning needs (assumptions need to be made in addition to what stated in the case).

Describe the learning theories that will be reflected in the training programme which supports the training approach proposed by the group. Justify your choices.
