Having engaged with a Supervisor, review the process of facilitating self-assessment and formulate a plan to facilitate self-assessment in Quality Areas 4 and 7. Consider what you know about the service already (processes already in place) and review the Guide to the NQF to develop ideas on how you could gather relevant and clear evidence of practices that demonstrate compliance, strengths and areas for improvement against each of the elements. Consider how you will engage with stakeholders to provide opportunities for them to contribute. You'll discuss this plan with your Supervisor and when approved, will present this plan to staff and use it to conduct the self-assessment. 2. Develop a plan to facilitate self-assessment of the service in QA4 and QA7 and share ideas with your Workplace Supervisor about how you would like to collect information from stakeholders. You will need to capture the voice of all key stakeholders (children, families, community and staff).
