Hazel lives in Klang and owns a shop in Putrajaya. The shop is totally managed by Shazrin who normally orders goods from Rohan in Hazel's name. Sharin then pays Rohani for the goods out of Hazel's funds with Hazel's knowledge. However, there is no written appointment of agency between Hazel and Shazrin. Shazrin thinks that a formality of agency is necessary to protect her as an agent to Hazel. Advise Shazrin. ISSUES? LAW ? APPLICATION? CONCLUSION?
