he City of Ann Arbor is growing rapidly and spreading well beyond its original borders. The city still has started to think about potential locations for emergency vehicles. The leaders of the city administration are committed to locating multiple stations of emergency vehicles throughout the city so that the response time would never exceed the maximum time of 8 minutes. Some data have been collected where the city has been split into five areas and the time of an intervention from a station in a certain area to any other area of the city is reported. Table 2 below reports the intervention times and also the cost of building a station in a certain area of the city.
