Hello everyone, my name is Alexa and today I am going to talk about grounding benefits.

Did you know that the earth has an electrical charge? Everything on this planet has energy.

In our modern society, we rarely go barefoot when walking on the ground like dirt and sand. Our rubber and plastic soled shoes act as a barrier to the earth's energy. We also no longer sleep on the ground, as our ancestors once did. We are simply disconnected...ungrounded!

Research shows that, when we connect our bare feet or body to the earth, it can decrease the level of inflammation and pain in the body, reduce stress and anxiety and improve blood circulation.

If you have been feeling unbalanced and tense lately, try going for walk along the beach, sit on the ground at a park, or on a nature walk and see how you feel better.
