Health and Drug pharmacy is a chain retail pharmacy consisting of 6 branches distributed all over cities in Jordan; Irbid, Amman, Aqaba, Zarqa, Al Karak, and Ma'an. The companys vision is to be one of the best pharmacies in Jordan by providing high-quality products and services at competitive prices and to continue spreading by opening more branches. Currently, the selling process in this pharmacy occurs when the patients want to purchase or inquire about any drug or cosmetics, they need to visit one of the pharmacy's branches to get what they need for purchasing or inquiring. To be able to achieve its vision and keep up with developments in the health sector, the CEO (chief executive officer) of the Health and Drug pharmacy decided to build a web application that helps visitors or patients to see all the drugs and cosmetics information that the pharmacy's repositories have. Suppose the CEO has contacted you, and you had a meeting with him to discuss more what should you do in the web application, after this meeting you come to an agreement that you need to build Health and Drug pharmacy with the following requirements:

1. you have one month and a half to deliver the application

2. Building a web application with a good interface with a logo, navigation bar, and footer could have a SQL database to enable the application to fulfill the requirements.

3. The application should enable visitors to see all the drugs and cosmetics information depending on the branch location

4. The application should enable visitors to calculate their ideal weight by inserting their height and their weight and then the system will calculate their Body Mass Index (BMI) depending on the BMI result the visitors will see their results if underweight range, normal or Healthy Weight range, overweight range, or the obese range.

5. The application should enable visitors to ask Dr.Mofeed by filling out the form with the visitors name, telephone number, and the question that the visitor needs to ask the doctor,

6. The application should enable the administrator to manage the drugs and cosmetics information by inserting, deleting the items, and seeing all questions that were sent by the visitors

In the first step of developing a new project, you need to determine the reasons behind the development of the web application, figure out an appropriate solution including a set of initial requirements and design these requirements by applying the following tasks:

--Examine the problem faced by the CEO of the Health and Drug pharmacy by writing the problem-definition statement, the proposed solution, and the user and system requirements for this solution.

--In any application that is needed for development, many risks may be faced during the development life cycle, identify the related risks that may face when you develop the Health and Drug pharmacy web application.

In the system development life cycle(SDLC), you have identified the problem-definition statement, and written the user and system requirements for the proposed solution, as the next steps of SDLC you need to complete the analyzing and producing software design document by doing the following:

a.Determine the functional and non-functional requirements.

b.Depending on point a, you need to draw the Sequence diagram.

c.Entity relationship diagram (ERD) for the pharmacys database.

d.Pseudocodes for the functionality that will be written for the backed codes.

e.The testing technique that you will be using to test your implementation.

f.The programming languages that you will use to implement the application.
