Health Care Costs The Affordable Health Care act has caught a lot of flack for being so expensive. Critics of the plan point out that certain changes in health care markets have caused coverage costs to increase dramatically since 2014. We created a data set [Healthcare tab] that recorded health care costs for several metropolitan areas where these changes occurred in 2014. We then went on to record those costs for those same areas in 2017. Please test this claim
