Health Good Food, Inc. (henceforth HGF) is a company that produces various food products including cereal. Each box of Crunchy Chewy Flakes is said to be 368 grams (box not included). The company has been producing Crunchy Chewy Flakes for approximately 20 years without any major incidents or complaints. The firm has two plants producing Crunchy Chewy Flakes: the Thunder Bay Plant (or Plant 1) and the Sherbrooke Plant (or Plant 2). The new CEO, Grace Lee, has spearheaded a move to more automated production of various products to improve the firms profit margins. This change in direction has resulted in the firm switching to a more automated cereal packing process. Within a month of the switch, Dana Si, published an op-ed in a local Quebec City newspaper claiming that the company was cheating its consumers. In response, the HGF contacted Mrs. Si and requested she provide support for her claim. Mrs. Si directed the firm to a series of videos where she was weighing bags of Crunchy Chewy Flakes. The data has been recorded/documented in the Box-Concerns.xlsx file. Soon after, the Consumers Association of Atlantic Canada (CAAC) sent a complaint to the Competition Bureau of Canada claiming that HGF was defrauding consumers. CAAC is a consumers advocacy group for Atlantic Canada. Their complaint included data on 5 boxes of cereal purchased in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The complaint and data was also shared with HGF (note: data is included in Box-Concerns.xlsx file). In response, Grace Lee ordered a random sample of the cereal weights be collected from each of the plants. The data from Plant 1 and Plant 2 are included in the Box-Concerns.xlsx file.

(a) What does the data suggest? Hint: Does the data suggest that there is a difference at a 0.05 level of significance between production of the two plants? Further Hint: If you want to test overall cereal production, should test data from both plants together. Final Hint: Make sure you document what you are testing with the data.
