"Helen is the Vice-President of Human Resources for Forest Bathing Paint Products, a company who focuses on developing paint products that are better for the environment. Recently Helen noticed that the ages of the employees within the organization has changed to become significantly younger.With that there has also been a change of behaviours and an interest in non-traditional benefits like having pets in the office, lunchtime yoga, and more emphasis on a flexible work schedule.

Helen has been researching more about her employees' interests through surveys and focus groups. One area she would like to improve is her employee retention and would like her managers measured by an objective but doesn't know where to start in creating one."
