As you conduct your research, you must determine the level of analysis you will use. The issue of New Entry of high-tech firms has caused a threat of technology firms like Google and Apple in the efforts to make driverless cars that would compete against Ford's Products. So in return you find that the company tries to reduce their prices of the products so as to have a wide catchment area. And in return the company faces a lot of losses. Lastly the issue of fluctuating of prices results to slow innovation prices. This makes the response to new emerging trends to be slower. Hence making the company performance to be weak as compared to the players, especially Toyota. Optimization for each issue Market competition 5 FORD INC ORGANIZATION The optimization for this issue is to have unique products with fair pricing. That is better branding and promotion services. By producing quality products which are unique from their competitorsit will still have a wide unique catchment. New Entry to the market Optimization for this company is by having a research and development investments that will increase the innovation speed to address aggressive competition and the entry of high-tech firms in the industry. Fluctuating of oil prices This issue will be solved by expanding its production network to increase economies of scale which can reduce costs and prices to make the company automobiles more attractive. Also by the corporate management setting rules and regulations of taxation that will govern the oil producing industries so that they can keep the price of oil constant.
