Can someone please help explain the five main stages in the process of venture capital financing, the main features of a corporate bond that would be specifically addressed in the indenture, the five Cs of credit (with context as to why each of them is significant), and lastly why are debt offerings much more common than equity offerings and typically much larger in the aggregate?
