The U.S supreme court is the final arbiter of federal constitutional questions, and parties can ask the highest state court to hear the case. The top court is more powerful than other federal courts because it has the ability of the court to declare a legislative or executive action in violation of the constitution. Besides, the federal court system creates the U.S supreme court and gives congress the authority to make the lower federal courts. Federal courts hear cases involving a law's constitutionality and disputes between states, admiralty law and bankruptcy cases. The federal courts are implemented to decide disagreement concerning the constitution, congressional legislation, and the supreme court's justices.
