1. Describe the content of the unit and workshops this week. Ans. The lecture and workshop this week will focus on organisational strategy by exploring the strategizing process, and the identification of strategic issues. Lecture outlines different topics like definition of strategy, process of strategy making followed by the strategic issues and generic strategies which includes porter's classic 4 generic business level strategies. Week 3 workshop mainly based on the studies from the lecture of the week 3 and the outcome of the lecture. Additionally, there were couple of activities called - "strategy bingo" and "strategic issue identification." Workshop session was also much informative about how to perform assessment 1 learning logs and other assessments.

2. Expand on YOUR personal key learning from the unit this week. Ans. This week's lecture and workshop gave me closer look to the strategizing process. How top management of any company make decision in order to mitigate any worse situation in business delivering or they planning the future of the business can be more understand by the content of the week. Porter's four classic rules are very helpful in latest business strategy making process. And the activities that we did in workshop were helped to gain more knowledge about identifying the strategic issues withing company using company's annual report focusing the 3 SDGs.

3. How does your learning apply to your project? Ans. The learning of this week will help me identify the key strategic issues of selected business organisation using their annual report and other published document. Workshop activity 1A helped to identify the business strategy whether it is Cost leadership, Differentiation, Focused Low cost, or Focused differentiation. Workshop activity 1B mainly focused on identifying the strategic issues helped me to identify couple of possible strategic issues using published documents and which are relevant to predefined SDGs.
