Hello, Could you please help with the below reply?

Hi Robert,

Success in a leadership or executive level post is characterized by a variety of actions, including setting and attaining goals, offering vision and direction, creating a wonderful workplace, inspiring and motivating colleagues, and making difficult decisions. These acts affect the various approaches one should take while communicating with the various CEOs listed in Chapter 5 of Kean (McKean, 2011. pg 47). Leaders should be clear and transparent when setting goals about what they want to achieve and why it is important. Also, they should include their personnel in the goal-setting process to foster buy-in and ownership (McKean, 2011. pg 47). Setting goals, creating an action plan to achieve them, and holding both oneself and one's team members responsible for attaining them are all things that leaders should do (McKean, 2011. pg 47). Establishing a vision and providing the organization with direction is another key duty of leaders (McKean, 2011. pg 47).
