How to get prevent from flu: CDC recommend to get flu shot every year is most important stride protecting our body from flu viruses, just remember that getting flu shot did not protect you from covid-19, but taking flu shot can decrease the chance of flu illness, and save you from hospitalizations and death. Per CDC that half of American got a flu vaccine and at least 410,000 individuals were admitted in the hospital from flu, many people are higher risk from flu is appear to be at higher risk from covid-19. A person who has second disease or chronic disease such as asthma, diabetes or heart and lungs problems, people age of 65 or over are high risk of the covid-19. Also, children less than 6 months are high risk of flu disease.

Moreover, to prevent or spread disease wash your hand frequently with soap and water or uses alcohol sanitizer. In addition to that you can treat seasonal flu with antiviral drugs.
