Hello everyone, Based on the course learning objectives, the most important concepts I learned from the course are evaluating methods of exerting control in an organizational setting. I feel as if this would be the most important aspect in the criminal justice field. By gaining the knowledge that helps leadership establish standards, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when needed, it will help employees accept feedback and open the dialogue for effective communication. I think that these concepts will be applied in my future career by me having the necessary insight and additional skills needed to ensure that I'm successful in my career
