Problem 1

We have a warehouse that receives orders for products; those orders would arrive with a Poisson probability distribution with an arrival rate of 400 orders per day. The warehouse operates for 8 hours a day. The processing order rate of the warehouse is in average about 45 orders per hour.

Solve according to the mathematical model (M / M / 1)

• Determine system utilization

• Calculate the average time each customer spends in the queue

• Calculate the average number of clients in the system
