Hello everyone, my name is Henry Fuentes, and I will be explaining why the listings assigned for the discussion are fundamental to the process of a project, no matter the size. Scope Statement: Primarily, to my knowledge, the scope statement is what lets the people working on a project understand the clear boundaries of the projectthings like the responsibilities, milestones, and deliverablesto ensure that the project succeeds. Scope Creep: Scope creep is exactly what it sounds like. This is when a project is running late or will not be done by the initially planned time. As a project manager, you want to always keep an eye out to prevent this from happening. Triple Constraints: I like to think of the triple constraint as the three most important things to keep in mind when working on a project. The constraints are the quality of the project, the time it takes to get done, and the cost involved. Ensuring you do not turn in a substandard quality project, miss deadlines, or exceed the budget without permission is crucial. Planning: It is simple and self-explanatory. Planning allows the project managers to define the goals and objectives of the project. This ensures that everyone on the team is involved in what they need to do so they can start working on their part and achieve the same results, which will hopefully be successful
