Hello, How can I respond to the following:

I never really thought of the railroad as a monopoly since there are other modes of transportation, but within the railroad community there would most definitely be a monopoly. I had no clue that Microsoft had 90% of the business in the operating system community. When I think about it further, almost everything at work is ran by Microsoft. It is a wonder why there are not more operating systems options?
