Hello, I am currently studying real estate and I need help finding parts of legislation that state something along the lines of

A) "A real estate agent must disclose any offers to their clients."

B) "referring your clients to a mortgage broker or financial adviser."

C) "Accepting an offer without clients knowledge."

These legislations have to be Queensland Legislations or Australia-wide Legislations. Thank you.
