Hello I am doing a project on service line revenue and my group has picked behavioral health. As the paper goes on it needs to be more specific so we picked inpatient psychiatric hospital treatment. At the end of the paper we need to do a balanced scorecard on the topic for ways in increase revenue. Here is the question:

D. Devise a strategy to increase service line revenue

1. Include a basic profit & loss model
2. Include (and define) measurable quality and outcome metrics (aka balanced scorecard)

• These metrics need to go beyond traditional mortality and morbidity metrics (eg efficiency, utilization, costs, inpatient cycle time, etc.)

Another partner is to complete part 1 of D and I need to do part 2. Is there a way for me to complete this without her information? Also, I'm not sure how to answer this question.
