I am in a "Gapenski's Understanding Healthcare Financial Management" Class through Purdue Global University and I would love some help with a case study that I have been assigned. I saw a sample of another student's work from this course posted on this site, so I'm hopeful you might be able to assist me.

Specifically, Case 3 / Sante Fe Healthcare on Capitation and Risk-Sharing.

I need help understanding the allocation of premium dollars in this case.

Additionally, how do I look at the allocation for the professional services risk pool? This wasn't discussed in our book and I'm not sure how approach it.
