I am looking at the O'Bannon vs the NCAA case. I am having difficulties finding "Issues" in the case brief. The only issue I can find is "Are the NCAA's rules subject to antitrust laws and, if so, are they an unlawful restraint of trade?" I was seeing if you could point out some other issues that I might be missing on the case?
