The question is as follows:

Find (i) 95% and (ii) 90% confidence intervals for the difference in recovery times between the two treatment groups in question 3. You may assume the recovery times are Normally distributed. (iii) What would you infer about the difference in recovery times from the two confidence intervals?

My tutor has not explained this question to us very well
