I am preparing a report for an assignment and need to compute the Correlation index and Coefficient of determination similar to the sample shown here below.

The dependent variable used for this analysis is the life ladder, a self-rated measure of happiness between 0 (worst possible life) to 10 {best possible life) as reported by the World Happiness Report.
