I am trying to learn details of the United States economy to better understand discussions and debates in class. These are some of my problem areas:

• GDP and its composition (define the economic indicator, state its value, and make the comparisons)
• Unemployment (define the economic indicator, state its value, and make the comparisons)
• Inflation (define the economic indicator, state its value, and make the comparisons)
• Standard of living in both countries (define the economic indicator, state its value, and make the comparisons)
• Type of Government (provide a thorough explanation)
• Prospects for economic growth (provide at least three for each country, and use the AD/AS model to predict the impact that each prospect will have on real GDP, employment, inflation and short or long-run economic growth)
