Hello, I am unsure how to pull out the word hello from this nested list through nesting. I have the answer bellow, but can someone explain?

INPUT: lst = [1,2,[3,4],[5,[100,200,['hello']],23,11],1,7]

OUTPUT: lst[3][2][0]
