hello, I could use some advice on how to start this assignment. This is a online class all we have done is look at articles. I have written reflective papers before however that was with a professor who taught with good teaching zooms and materials. No one in the class seems to know what to write on either. I looked over the course review and learning outcomes. Is there a way I can meet the assignment requirements by pulling from any of those? I have sat for two hours now and not sure how to get it started

Question

WHat I need assistance with - is a reflective paper (essay).

consider all you have learned throughout the course before choosing at least 5 major learnings/topics in the field of Human Resource Management. Students will explain why they have chosen these learning, how they would apply them to their own professional practices, and what obstacles they may potentially face in applying these learnings, A reflective paper is meant to illustrate your understanding of the material and how it affects your ideas and possible practice in the future.

Most academic writing is formal and requires you to write in the third person. A reflective essay is personal. Since you are reflecting on your thought and experiences, you may use the first person

Thank you
