Hello,
I have a 3 questions I am looking to confirm regarding Ford Auto Co. financials for the year 2017 (in millions) and I have 1 question regarding a ratio.
- "Cash": I get 18,492. Is "Cash" & "Cash & cash equivalents" the same thing?
- Property, plant, and equipment, net: $35,327
- Total long-term liabilities: 222,792-94,600=$128,192? (total liabilities - total current liabilities)
Total Debt to Equity Ratio question
Total debt to equity ratio=Total Liabilities/Total Stockholder's Equity
=222,792/34,918=6.38 (I get this using financial statement posted on SEC/other)
vs.
When I run this calculation using Mergent online I get 4.42 I am not sure why I am getting two different numbers?
Thank You.
