1. Remove duplicate data from the Data sheet

2. Format DOB data on Data sheet using the format (February 9, 1995)

3. On the Data Sheet insert a column between C and D to enter the social security

4. On the data sheet enter the label social security in cell D1 and format the entire column area to display the Social security number using the special format and the locale United States

5. Using conditional formatting, format the immunization expiration data to show students whose immunization expires next month with light red fill and dark red text

6. Calculate the age of each student. As part of your formula use the function =TODAY() which displays the current date. Correct any formatting errors in the worksheet so a whole number with one decimal place is displayed

7. Using the filter command show all nursing students from FL

8. Create a new sheet and name it text formulas

9. Enter the labels accordingly -- cell A1 enter Lname, B1 enter Fname, C1 enter street address, and D1 enter City & State. Also widen columns to show data entirely in the cells

10. Using the Data sheet information, complete 11 - 14 using text functions:

11. Create a formula in column A using the last name data from the previous sheet and the data should be all upper case

12. Create a formula in column B using the first name data from the previous sheet and the data should show the first letter only in uppercase

13. Create a formula in column C using the street address and format the data so that the first letter in each word is uppercase

14. Create a formula in column D displaying the city and state data combined. Include in the formula the necessary data to display a comma after the city and a space.

15. Enter the label Phone # in cell E1

16. Format the cells in that column so that the phone number is displayed using the special format and the locale is United States (you do not have to enter a phone number, just format the cells)

17. Save and submit.
