What is an offer?
The offer is the start of a deal. Each party must suggest an agreement to the other, including specific terms. For example, if the proposal is an offer to purchase hoodies, it must include quantity, cost and date of delivery. When the offer is conveyed to the other party, they has the choice to accept, refuse or modify the bid. When they rejects it, the offer would die. They it amends the bid, the original offer dies and its changes become a new counter offer which the other person can accept or reject.
What is an acceptance?
Acceptance is process of agreeing to something like an offer or an invitation. A written agreement will be sent to all parties upon approval of the agreement. The offer may be accepted in writing, in person or by phone.
What are the rules of acceptance?
Acceptance must be judged objectively, but the conduct of the offered may either be clearly stated or implied. In order to form a legal contract, acceptance should be carried out in a manner authorized, requested or, at the very least, reasonably expected by the offeror. Approval to be legal shall be granted only by the person to whom the offer has been made. A valid contract shall be entered into only if the approval is absolute and unconditional. This means that recognition should be in full and without any limitations whatsoever. The approval must clearly be conveyed to the offeror, with a simple declaration that the accepting party wishes to be bound by the terms of the purchaser.
