I was wondering if you could provide the attributes for the relations/entities shown in the following ERD design with the keys mentioned or underlined.

Following is an example,

Attributes are shown in the small oval circles with the "key attributes" underlined.

Another Example:

Item (Item#, Name, Descr, Sprice, Pprice, Qty)

ItemPriceHistory (Item#, SNO, PriceDate, SPrice, PPrice)

The bold attributes in brackets are the key attributes and "Item" and "ItemPriceHistory" are the relations. You may provide the attributes of the following ERD design in way or the way shown the first example.
