I need help interpreting the Univariate Analysis of Variance that I ran for the following scenario using the SPSS software:

I have an excel file which includes global data for indices such as government efficiency (variable gov) and CO2 Emissions (kilo tonnes per capita) for the period of 1996 to 2010. The file also consists of two other variables; the CO2 emission per GDP (co2pcpg) which is an index of CO2 emission per gross domestic product (kg per GDP in US dollars) and finally, energy intensity (variable energy) which indicates how much energy is used to produce one unit of economic output. I was asked to generate a univariate regression with CO2 as the dependent variable, other variables as covariates, and region as fixed factor. Here's a screenshot of the Univariate analysis options:
