Hello I need help with my computer. I am using Windows 7 Professional. My machine does not detect my usb. I tried everything I could but no luck. I attach the screenshots of my machine. Whenever I plug my usb(thumb drive), the system says the device drive software was not successfully installed. I followed the videos in the youtube, but it did not work either. I do not know what to do. Please help me solve this problem. Please write the solution in step by step. Thanks for your help.
