Hello, I need help with responding to the following. Can you assist me please?

Starting a small vending machine business for the most part the only thing that I am responsible for is finding the location and also buying the vending machines itself and providing the items to place in there. These items will sell them self but the main things is making sure that the items in there are going to appeals to the customers and priced fairly.

1. Fixed cost would be buying the vending machines and possibly paying for the rental to have the vending machine at whatever location. (so far I pay none of that including electric to run the machine)

Variable cost would be the product to put in the unit.

1. Competition would be other store and vending machines close by the most important thing would be where it is located and the main price point. Working numbers are important.
2. Price is being affordable for the consumer and also what product it is for the consumer to buy and actually like. Once they see this it will be easy to sell especially when the machine being in location where it easier to grab then go elsewhere to do so.
3. Product in these machine should of course generate marginal revenue being equal to marginal cost. Ive been personally keeping in my of the profit maximization which im really doing with not having to pay storage and electric cost.
